Herald Suite Solana has alot to offer. For the needs of our constant visit to Makati, its location was convenient. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and just service minded. All requests were attended to in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there's always room for improvement. Create a monthly audit on maintenence issues. Light bulbs needs to be changed to brighter ones. All shower heads needs to be cleaned and disinfected. All bathroom walls need to be inspected for molds. These are minimal concern of mine but that's where I would start to make ones stay more impressive. This hotel is highly recommended.

No wifi for two days no tv cable for three days. Very disappointed. Staff were courteous, food was good. Front desk and bell boys were respectful and informative. They were kind and helpful.

Staff OK room large but old poor location very limited TV channels old AC units not the best but you get what you pay for
