Basement bar The Dungeon and lobby restaurant were perfect. Nice on the outside, dilapidated on the inside, filthy carpets and stinky bedding, need new mattresses and pillows and carpets for sure. Great staff, owner needs to pony up n finish remodel that looks like is started, bedding wise anyway. My feet were black from the linited walking I did in the room. Had to go across street and buy glade to spray the room so fiance could stay there. Luckiky, the bar and restaurant saved an otherwise poor experience.

The kitchenware, appliances are too old, I hope they will provide a newer things. Cleanliness should always be the top priority, pls change the shower curtain.

Super loud, the apartment was horribly dirty like literally so many cockroaches everywhere. When we arrived we had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to come get us, when they did they were extremely rude, had zero facial expression and didn’t even try to have any type of customer service what so ever. The hotel rooms look like they’ve never been updated.

Staff are very Friendly, they open the door for you all the time and always greet you with a smile. However the room i had for 3 nights had cockroaches , even walking in the hallway to the room had cockroaches. The light in the washroom wasnt very good either. However the room was clean minus the cockroaches everywhere. Also very very loud because youre right beside the Skyway. This place would be awesome if it wasnt for the cockroaches and if you can handle the noises.

We liked that the place had a fridge and some basic kitchen stuff (like cups and flatware). However, cleanliness was poor, the drapes fell to the floor, the wall clock needs a battery, the table only had one chair, and the signs on the wall with room instructions were hand written on paper peeling and worn.
