With regards with the staff especially the front desk they are all friendly and respectful. But the DOORMAN, he has no concern about the safety, security and comfortable of the guests in the building except for those who can park in their limited parking space. He has no brain to think if in case there will be fire, someone who gets sick, where the ambulance needs to get in the building or earthquake or any other emergencies. I come in sometimes late at night or go out early in the morning, I have to squeezed myself or walk sideways. I think the security and safety of the guests should be no. 1. Otherwise, i was happy and contented with my stay at the Getz hotel.
