Was advised of prepaid breakfast (discounted @ php 1200) so availed of it but still was charged the regular @ php1700/person
Bad coordination from front desk to the cafe brkfst restaurant.

Enjoyed the breakfast, much variety. Breakfast Ambassador was very helpful. Hotel is connected to shopping mall.

The hotel was good but the carpet definitely needs to be changed.
The staff were wonderful, friendly, very helpful. Service was super fast, and their operation was very efficient.
Robinsons Galleria mall is attached to the property with lots of options. Lots of walkable shopping and dining as well.
It is in a busy corner with lots of noise. But it becomes background noise after a couple of days.

Excellent location, easy to get around and use Grab. Connected to Robinsons Mall with ample access to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Very friendly staff that speak good English. Very clean facilities and hotel room. Very comfortable and well appointed. Also a great value for the price. Cons: hotel could use some repair and renovation and to tackle the city smells in the lobby which is typical in Manila. Room service food also isn’t very good.
