Great location! Staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a pet with us. Stay was great! Only wish there was some parking for hotel guests. We parked at the mall a couple blocks down the street which was fine but difficult when raining. Parking was also 500 php/night which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, very pleasant stay

The bathroom door got stuck and maintenance was rude when addressing the issue. Front desk staff was also very rude.

Room showing it’s age little musty smell, they try cover with deodorizer.

The hotel is really not good , seems good when you arrive , the staff kept making things difficult
And they try to take your money for every little
Thing that that other hotels would normally have it as a complimentary service . They charge if you bring outside food to the pool , they charge if you bring outside food at the cafe in the lobby , they charge if you loose your room key … just to name a few . In other words F… this place .
