This was my second stay in Nobu. I have notice that the services declined. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working. The response to get water were slow, even getting our luggage out from the room I asked for a cart and nobody came, me and my sisters drag 5 bags and a box out the room to first floor. The exhaust for the smoke in the Casino area I guess was not working because it smells bad. We don’t gamble but the area is in the middle of the shops and restaurants so we smelled and inhaled it all the time. Even the staff in the shops complained about it. Hopefully they will fix it. I will look for another hotel to stay next time.

Friendly staff, The Spa, variety of dining options, clean and classy rooms with view, easy access to the casino. The pool area is inviting. Perfect location, quick drive to the airport.

Mot too happy with our room our nlack out curtains has a hole whick the light shined and woke me up early shower floor look dirty due to the stains my husband (African American) was trying to go in the casino with his jersy back pack to go to money exchange exchange and he was not allowed to go in without explanation but our son went in similar outfit with back pack only difference is our son looks Caucasian and he was able to go through with no problem he was not happy about he did not felt welcome so we are not coming back to that place with how much we payed per night not worth it

the hotel is good but a bit far from the airport
