The thi.ng I like about this property is so quite
They don't have a microwave or electric kettle . They don't have even a complimentary coffee or tea

I like coz its spacious anyway.
But there's no table in the room.
No telephone.
I dont like the front area.

The biggest concern is that my room was infested with bed bugs. I didn’t realize it at first because all I saw were ants in the bed and all over the room. I believed I was being bitten by the ants, but on observation, I see that the bites fit the pattern for bed bugs. I do not recommend staying here for this reason alone. I suspect the ants where there to dine on the bedbugs
However, there are other oddities with this room. There is no desk; no table, and no chair in the room. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that was missing these very basic amenities
Additionally, the hotel advertised that the room contained a safe. It did not.

Noisy room. Need an earplug to be able to sleep. I got a room with out a window on the first day. I. Ask for change of room, got it the following day. They dont automatically clean the rooms not unless the guest hang the

Everything was perfect, except the check in time for international travelers, i would suggest having room ready for people that travel 20+ hours ,so they don't have to wait hours to check in... your staff is the best i ever encountered...i give all the staff a10 for for there professionalism with everything from a to z...... how ever i was disappointed that a tip i was offering was refused. ..i will stay at this hotel again, but only if i am able to tip the staff. ...the staff made my trip to the Philippines and the citizen hotel the best experience ever. .

Friendly staff, the hotel was always kept clean when I needed house keeping for new towels. I was comfortable there for what I paid for
