We are sorry you feel that way. There was an error on the rate charged by Expedia. We explained what happened and did not force you to pay anything. We gave you an option and your wife agreed to pay. You brought 4 guests with you. We only charged you for the two exceeding guests. We also found out that you smoked in the unit which is not only unacceptable but is subject to penalty. We took a photo proof showing that you tampered with our smoke detector by covering it with tissue. We had to call the engineering team of the unit to have it fixed. Despite the penalty we had to pay because you were incapable of following the rules, you were not charged for the penalty we paid on your behalf. We reiterated that our unit is non-smoking but you refused to follow the rules.
