A tranquil place to stay is a frenetic city.

The standard of service remains great; courteous, kind, helpful and understanding.
This is a quiet, off-road hotel suited to the teaveller look8ng for a redtful lace to stay at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend the Casa Nicarosa.

The hotel needs rennovation. Some lights inside the room as well as the shower is not working properly. They do not replace sheets and towels everyday.

The hotel is geared to their extreme cost saving activities that resulted poor services such as poor working condition of TV, table lamp.

Good basic Accomadation, needs refrigerator kettle etc and better Wi-Fi

Reasonable hotel

Pros: Nice foyer
Cons: English fluency
The staff were incompetent when it came to confirming my requests for a second night (by email and in person). They repeatedly failed to confirm the booking and in the end asked why I hadn't checked out? So I did check out to another hotel. The level of English fluency was poor which was probably half the problem. The room was pretty basic and not nearly as nice as the foyer.

Hello! We are sorry for the comment you gave us. We allowed you to stay another night as what I replied to your request. However, you told me that you have problem with your card and cant cash out from your card. I suggested you to just book your additional night to Expedia since you can not pay in cash. We waited for your reservation for your extension the next day but then you did not booked online. We as employees are just following the hotel policy for non paying guest. We are sorry if this thing had happened. Thank you,
