I was charged 800 pesos (14 USD) because of the locked keycard in my room (locked inside - not lost).
Also, the room stinks of cigarettes'; apparently, people before me smoked there.

Nice property, next to Bureau of Immigration, BGC and malls. Well equipped room with kitchen. Would stay again.
