Don’t like surrendering ID, instead of just making copy of it. Bathroom smelled, as did extra bed linen. Thought was getting 2 beds, but only a bed and fold up mattress on floor.

The property changed at the last minute, not the tower block as advertised, not impressed. The new room was nice but not what was advertised!

Property is at a Unique location with all the traffic bursts but a win for having the Mall at a walking distance and the Airport Terminal 3 within about 20 minutes.
However, the communications between the reservation and the point person was a major challenge.
If you need help, you will have to message and wait for a reply if you get one after checking in. Perhaps the front Desk could be meant for answering questions of guest and help out.
In all the Pool was lovely and clean.

The exclusiveness of the property. Outside the walls the city is busy but once inside the property grounds very quiet and peaceful. Also the people working there was very polite and friendly.

Since the area is a semi private pool, there are lots of policies and restrictions especially inside the rooms and in the pool. Before going to the pool you have to fall in line to get the pool pass although you don't have to pay for that but its time consuming. That should be included once they gave you the visitors pass.

I checked in "or tried to " at the first checkpoint there are "3" the guards said they don't see me at the list of there's after waiting and fighting with them for 3 hrs they just walk away and leave me alone then ask to move on to the next checkpoint in hopes of fixing this . This was booked and pre paid on expedia . at the next checkpoint they said the same. They refused to help me in any way shape or form " it was very clear they just don't care " ... there are no real office or building there just 2 tents and 2 checkpoints. They have no phones just employee cell phones to talk to each other. they are not proper trained to handle and kind of problem you might have ? you can not call anyone to help you. I asked for there cell phone # so that my travel company "expedia " could call them to update and fix this ? they said "no" .. You could not find a worse place to say anywhere in manila the worse ever !! .. I'm not from there or know any one to help with this so I had no choice to pay them again for 2 nights dirty room a/c not working good I would have fought them about all this as well but to be honest I was just to tired and beat down .. it took 4 1/12 hours to get in to a room they had no problem and where quick to take my money again for the 2nd time on check out it took over a hour they hold your deposit ( cash ) until someone is free to check the room .. This took 1 hour and when I call for a cab it 1 hour more and the whole time you are waiting outside at there check

No poor service.
Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsThe condo amenities are all good and well-maintained but the room itself is disappointing. I booked a 1 bedroom unit with 2 double sized bed but what we got is 1 double sized bed and 1 double sized mattress. The room had no towels, shampoo, soap and room price is higher than in-house condotel rate.
