very unprofessional staff and misleading ADS on the pool amenity. make sure to ask for the details on using the pool!

Upon check-in at 2 Pm the receptionist took about nearly 2 hours to check us in We are only staying overnight June4-June 5 and there was a power interruption at 7AM on June 5, causing us tremendous inconveniences . As if we paid for a place with no comfort at all

The structure and attraction is beautiful, But! The unit or room is totally garbage, unit 229A is totally messy shower curtain full mildew,people live in that room left their belongings in the closet,air condition broken,TV cable not working,WIFi not working even they give us the password,shower drain not working to drain the water,also so many bugs and spiders web.

The hotel was excellent but the check in was a nightmare. Make sure that you know which block you are in as there are many.
