The smcooking stove is not working, the blanket is very thin and no cleaning provided for the whole 7 days is stay.

You should ask for a thicker one and gas range 1 out of 4 is working, we can provide at least 2 burner stove if requested. Sorry for that, the technician just came after we discover the issue. Our place is not a typical hotel for having a cleaner everyday. All cleaning tools are provided. I am expecting 1 out of 10 rate from you because we didn't grant your request for the cancellation in your 7th day as you are aware about the cancellation policy in our place. Thank you
