One of the best serviced apartments I have stayed in, very clean, well furnished to Western standards, very comfortable bed. Great view from the balcony. Great staff who were professional and courteous and provided a seamless service from airport pick-up and throughout my stay. Will definitely booking again on my next business trip.

1st the room was awesome, best Ive been outside of NYC.... awesome view from 45th floor... spotless cleaning by Rosie.... BUT!!! Im a retired international traveler, this place said it had cable TV, IT DID NOT!! I was unable to use the 42 inch tv in the room for a week, a very big turnoff.... the Internet was very bad, it was prepaid internet and was very very slow or nonexistent....The AC was very noisy and sounded like a outboard motorboat... when I messaged the mgnt, they said they disagreed with my feelings and put down everything I had concerns about.... how can you disagree with u advertising cable and not have it?? The prepaid internet was horrible, sometimes I couldnt even send an email at times... for such a very nice property, not having suitable internet is ludicris, they blamed it on the Phillipines internet.... Ive been visiting the Phillipines for 7 years, and stayed in much lesser places and NEVER EVER was the internet and cable tv was a part of the dicussion...usually roaches were my concerns, none here. I really hated to leave this place, but this was a killer.. upon entering the place I asked of extending my stay(I wanted to stay another week, oh heck no!!).... until I had the communications issues... sadly... the management dismissed me my concerns and said my complaints werent valid. Im in a hotel now that is not on the same level as All That Jazz, but has excellent Cable and fast internet... I will not stay at this place again, very disappointing!!

Dear Sir, Thank you for your comments. You fail to mention that you waited over 24 hours before making any complaint some of which you list and some you do not. we did not dismiss your comments and replied to every point however it was clear that you were trying your luck to see if you could get a further discount. You fail to mention that the TV was a full SMART TV with full internet access and free Netflix. If you look at the Expedia listing they do not provide any option to list a SMART TV. If cable TV was an essential you could have contacted us prior to booking. When we do offer cable people complain that it does not have their favourite channel. International surveys state that internet in the Philippines is slow and liable to be interupted for that reason we provide cable internet and pre-paid wifi however no telecom provider gurantees 100% speed or connectivity. As to the air-con it is appropriate for the size of the unit and if you had any problems using it our staff would have assisted you. You also fail to mention that we offered you free cancelation however you did not take up the offer and remained in the apartment for the full term of your one week stay without any further complaint. We could also mention the numerous complaints we received regarding your behaviour while staying in our apartment. You state '1st the room was awesome, best Ive been outside of NYC'. 'Im in a hotel now that is not on the same level'. That is the key point, we are not a hotel you will not find a hotel that offers the same degree of comfort or service in Makati or NYC for the price you paid which was less than 60 USD a night. Being an experienced international traveller no doubt you did look before choosing us. Many properties offer cable TV you could have chosen any one of them however you chose us. We have no record of you asking to stay for an additional week, as we are fully booked that would not have been possible. You spent a week with us with out further complaint and state that the hotel you are now in is not the same standard. We trust it is at a lower price which we were not prepared to offer. Unfortunately it is impossible to satisfy all guests.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your comment. You stayed in the apartment for several days at no point in time did you make any complaints regarding the cleanliness of the apartment or ask to be moved to another apartment. Unfortunately you were an untidy guest and three of our staff had to clean the apartment regularly, on each occasion you made no complaints. The photos you show of the carpet and microwave are the result of your actions. The photo of the shower head show that it has been turned upside down to point at the ceiling. The aircon unit is not shown in full and you would have seen on arrival that it was being repainted. The wall was also scheduled for repainting and you were informed about this on arrival and raised no concerns.

I tried to check in but no one can tell me the unit # and there were no owner's contact. I ended up having to pay for another room, now waiting for Expedia to sort it and out and hopefully I get my refund soon.

Dear Miss Phoung, Thank you for your comments however your account is inaccurate. You booked a non-refundable rate which means no refund in the event of cancellation or no show. Prior to your arrival you were sent comprehensive details of how to locate the reception, who to contact and the phone number of the contact. Of note is that you failed to contact us at any time either prior to arrival or after arrival even though you had our phone and email and could have easily contacted us via Expedia either by email or via their help desk. Our staff waited nine hours for you to arrive however you did not nor did you attempt to contact us by email or phone. At 9 PM local time we received an email from Expedia stating that you had visited the property, had visited the apartment but got no reply. Anyone who has ever visited Jazz will know that you are unable to enter the building with out valid ID (a common requirement in all establishment in the Philippines) For security purposes unit numbers are only disclosed on check-in and as you did not check-in you would have been unable to go to the apartment. You state you ended up paying for another room. We submit that having found a cheaper alternative you are attempting to obtain a refund knowing you had booked a non-refundable rate. As you are aware all email communication via Expedia booking site is recorded and therefore we can show that the property address and our contact details were provided. Our reception area also has CCTV and all guests who check-in have their photo taken to be issued with a visitors pass.

We had a great time at jazz and the room was pleasant and clean. The location was central to all of the entertainment also. Transportation was easy to access, and the malls are within walking distance. The room had all of the amenities of home, kitchen, washing machine, patio, cooking utensils. We will definitely stay again.
