Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great food and drinks.
Linens, towels are old hence look dirty with stains. You can request for better ones though.

Nice hotel, walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The spa is really good. Rooms are old but comfortable.

The hotel was out dated the room had not been updated including the shower fixtures and faucets the exhaust fan was leaking condensation on our towels and belongings. Other than that the room worked for our needs it was large and had everything we needed they had to replace our refrigerator because it wasn’t working. We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we have not been happy. The surrounding area is full of everything anyone could need.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice, hotel policy stated 300 pesos for use of pool but never stated for 4 hours only and 300 pesos per day, also never heard of no phone policy and no pictures allowed taken in pool areas.

Hotel is a bit older and dusty. Great water spa attraction and food was delicious. Location is good. Staff very attentive
