All I can say was...my niece and I had a terrible experience going to AZURE. When we check in, front desk did not give us key for the room and when we got to the room it was wide open and hot, no ac was running and cleaning bucket was still sitting in the middle of the room, and showing a slinky bed with a homeless looking bed sheets, but what was terrifying the most was. ..it was infested with roaches running all over places. Of course, out of 3 contact numbers that was given to me, none of them responded, and the people at the front desk doesn't know who to call either so we end up commuting looking for different hotels in the middle of the night! Terrible terrible experience!

Im not usually the one to write a negative report. However the beautiful pool was in maintenance so we couldn't swim. There were cockroaches running over the kitchen counter; when we wanted to leave the next morning.....the receptionist at Azure wouldn't let us without the "contact person" signing us off so we were "held"in reception for 1 1/2 hours while they found the contact lady of the privately owned room to sign! Unbelievable !

Warning!! This place is a nightmare. I flew in from the US to Manila. The security wouldn't allow me inside the compound. I showed them proof of payment, but the guards said I needed someone to contact them and approve me. However, when i called the place no one would answer my call. I tried contacting them previously in the US, too. They wouldn't respond. They were quick to take my money, though. It's the middle of the night and i can't access the room i paid for. I've been up for over 29 hours. I had to finally leave and find another place willingtorentme a room. What a scam!

Surrounding very nice .the condo is lots of cockroach the washroom is delapelated in the kitchen area smells and cockroaches.the bad thing is no power inside the condo for the last 8 hours because the owner didn’t pay the electric bills I was so mad .I won’t recommend to anyone this unit .
