The staff are courteous and helpful, but we were expecting a room with a bathtub as shown in the Expedia information and did not get one. We were told we had to pay extra money, which we weren't prepared for.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, no breakfast inside, breakfast to be taken nearby at a restaurant (very small amont only, no buffet)

I have stayed there so many times,the staff knows me. Every visit has been top notch and i will continue to stay there every time i am in Manila.
