First, very affordable price compared some other hotels. I’m planning to stay at the bed and breakfast place but I chose this hotel because of price and privacy of my own.

My stay at the Warehouse. hotel was very good. The hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations. The conference was in the sport's complex which made it easy to attend the sessions I wanted and go back to my room when I was tired.

I would not stay at this property. I paid for my hotel on Expedia and the hotel charged me too. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me then and I told him no I already paid on Expedia. I find out days later I was charged and I did not authorize that charge on my card. They don't like to answer the phone either. I have called multiple times and it is hard to get a live person on the phone. I told them about that charge and I was never sent a receipt for the reimbursement or my money. The parking lot was pitch black too. The refrigerators don't work and I was given a pair of needle nose pliers to fix the frig. I had random hairs on my sheets. Rude staff and the managers are lazy and don't take accountability. I will not dispute this with my bank I will go to the courthouse.

Hello Paulina,Thank you for your feedback! We have looked at your charges and it looks as though the credit card Expedia gave didn't post the charge and instead it went to your card. This was reversed during the stay and corrected. Your charged would have righted themselves within a few days of your stay.. Our fridges work with our energy efficient rooms and may not feel cold straight away.I have sent your observations to the housekeeping manager to address with the staff. Hopefully you will have a better experience on your next visit!

the beds were not that comfy. small pillows. some areas of wall paper peeling. no coffee maker. desk chair and rips in it and desk banged up. restaurant was barely open.
