We know that you had 2 separate reservations for 2 separate room types, and we moved our inventory around for you, so that you could stay in the same room throughout your stay. The room you did receive is a highly coveted Deluxe King with a balcony. We hope to hear from you to understand what happened. Thank you and Happy New Year.

This was a really lovely hotel! Beautiful, clean, great neighborhood, lovely lounge and fantastic caring staff. Really could not have been any nicer. I definitely plan to return!!

Second time at The Wallace and we really like it. The rooms are so well-appointed and pretty and thoughtfully designed. Friendly and helpful staff. Will continue to stay here when in NYC.

A nice, human- scale NYC hotel well away from the insanity of the tourist areas served by day-trip buses. We had no issues with anything during our 4 day stay during the week before Christmas. Shower/bathroom and beds were particularly nice. We especially liked the three-tier shelving over the toilet for our stuff. The bathroom tilework was beautiful in room 1206. Other guests were mostly older (40-60) couples and we saw few kids- which for us is a blessing. The bar and lounge area was relaxing and comfortable during the evenings and appeared to be a destination spot for younger couples after 10pm. Drink service was friendly and professional. Overall we would make an effort to stay at the Wallace again.

The Wallace is a wonderful gem of a hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, tasteful and understatedly luxurious.
