Excellent as usual. The gracious staff remembered from past stays, are extremely professional, and attentive. This is our go-to hotel in the City. Near the theaters and dining.

Great location but does come with the noise and crowded lobby. Getting an Uber or taxi out of the middle of Times Square will also cost you. I’d love this place if it were 3 blocks off in any direction.

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff.
Conveniently located to main attractions , Broadway, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue and Grand Central Station.
The hotel had nice roof top bar for enjoying a cocktail or two.
