Amazing experience! Location is amazing, staff are incredible. Roof top bar experience was also amazing! The elevators were a little persnickety but nothing that was inconvenient. Thinking about staying here, i definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent as usual. The gracious staff remembered from past stays, are extremely professional, and attentive. This is our go-to hotel in the City. Near the theaters and dining.

Great location but does come with the noise and crowded lobby. Getting an Uber or taxi out of the middle of Times Square will also cost you. I’d love this place if it were 3 blocks off in any direction.
