the location was great, the staff was really nice, but the hotel is old and room (queen bed) was tiny and uncomfortable but ok.

Room decor and bathrooms are dated but comfortable. Rooftop is nice with pretty view of the Empire State Building

What a rip off. The rooms are tiny. No internet for my entire 4 night stay.

This was a great place to stay! Very walkable to so many attractions! The staff were so great and I felt very safe.
