Room for really Nice layout only one Chair bathroom it is really bad shower has not door or curtain only a 16” partition the let most of the water out of the shower Mattres are great staff not friendly phone where down on our stay have call prior to my arrival to the hotel and also phones where down would only recommend this hotel for a short stay

Cheap for the area. Room was clean, but had large stain on box spring skirt. No mirror in bathroom, only mirror inside closet door. A/C worked. As others have noted, elevators are small and often don’t work. They worked when I checked in and one was out of service when I checked out. Staff was friendly enough.

Great value considering the cost of hotel rooms in Manhattan. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also clean and comfy. The pillows and sheets were good quality, as were the towels. Love the 11 am check out time. All in all a great place in midtown.

The staff was great, and the price was great, but there were a lot of things that needed repairing in the building. Other guests were noisy late at night. Only one restaurant was open during my stay. It was a great restaurant but there was no food on the premises in the morning.
