My flight was delayed by an entire day and the hotel did not merge our meal tickets to the next day due to this uncontrollably hickup. Whenever we first arrived the receptionist states he will give us double the credits for the the night our plane delayed but unfortunately the next morning whenever we were getting ready for breakfast we only had one day worth of drink credits for the library bar.
Initially when we booked this hotel I reserved two beds for three people with added breakfast options. Turns out they only provided breakfast for two people on our reservation instead of all three so we had to pay an extra 50 plus dollars for one person at a breakfast buffet. Overall we were confused from the promises of one hotel receptionist compared to the other.

We liked the property and loved the location. Its within walking distance to Times Square and a lot of famous places. I would recommend it!
