We liked the property and loved the location. Its within walking distance to Times Square and a lot of famous places. I would recommend it!

Lines for coffee and food in the hotel lobby restaurant were too long.

Good overall except the lobby clerk and the lady when I reported that the safe was not working, they both were super rude. Other than that was ok.

Nice stay in a hotel that is very close to most of the go to places in NYC

The rooms were not what I was expecting for the price range. The furniture is old and worn. I believe there are better hotels in the same area.
