The room is to small and the shower is horrible, there is no pressure at all.

Small rooms, bathrooms very dated! What I will say is the beds were comfortable and the location to Times Square is good.

The lobby was gorgeous. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected - there was barely enough room to put our bags on the ground. There was hair in the shower and on the sink. The lights above the bed also flickered and the lamp on the desk was burnt out. The elevators also were out or service for some of our stay due to technical issues so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs. You also have to pay if you want to leave your bags at the hotel if you arrive before check-in ($2 US in cash per bag you leave at the hotel). Make sure you get the right amount of change when you check your bag as the person who took our bags charged us more.

The worst experience ever. I will put this on Twitter and every single platform. 1) extremely rude staff - Omar the manager has absolutely no business to be at the hotel. He doesn’t know how to treat customers 2) room booked king - checked in 10:30 Pm and still knowing fully they didn’t give me the room. This was not error this was on purpose they put me in a dirty queen room 3) hVAC didn’t work / guest service phone doesn’t respond 4)checked in the lady didn’t tell me that the elevator is not working .. put me on 16th floor and manager Omar says to walk up 16 floors 5) I was promised a room next day again went to the reception waited for 45 mins again no room available 6) this is harassment both by the hotel and Expedia to recommend this hotel

The location is outstanding! The lobby and style of the hotel is modern but the rooms themselves are tired. The beds are VERY springy, the bath tubs have peeling enamel, the walls have been patched a million times and crumble in spots, the sinks are literally peeling away from themselves… OH and one small thing- BRING YOUR OWN WASHCLOTHS.
