The staff in the restaurant and bar were very friendly and accommodating. Great attention to their customers. Great location for theaters and other attractions. Only negative was our room was not very soundproof and we could hear the other guests in the rooms next to ours. Clean.

This is the best hotel if you’re wanting to stay right in the middle of Time Square! Right in the middle of everything. This hotel is perfect! It’s huge, has bar/restaurant, excellent gift shop and Starbucks onsite. The staff was so helpful!
