Had a lovely stay. Used the resort fee as a food credit to get breakfast and dinner when I was too tired to go out. Staff was friendly, check in was super easy, room was clean, elevators easy to navigate.

We have stayed here twice for a conference. The stay is suitable for what I need. However, they do this weird thing with “giving you credit” for $35 a day and then taking it back when you leave, days later. I have been calling and given the runaround. The receipts do not add up. This is not even mentioned in the booking. I’ll think twice before booking again.

Yes, this building is decades old, but for the price of the room- I would expect more attention to the rooms themselves. We requested a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub was barely big enough for a child. The handle on the bathroom door wasn’t secure and kept falling off, it was clear the floor behind the bathroom door had not been cleaned, and the tv remote was so disgusting, I was barely able to use it. Everything else about this hotel was average at best. Nothing impressive or fantastic.

Central to everything, the best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. We forgot our toothpaste, called and it was up without 10 minutes. The bar in the lobby is really lively and drinks are delicious!
