I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is very well maintained. I had an issue with the heater in my room. It was fixed promptly.
One small issue was that the room service never refilled the body lotion in the bathroom… they replaced the old towels and bedsheet and cleaned the room everyday (I stayed for 3 days).
