Maria at the front desk went above and beyond! We were 10 hours late checking in, tired and frustrated! Maria offered us water immediately answered all questions and was incredibly kind. Every time Maria saw us, she took the time to make sure we were happy and always offered to help with anything we needed. And above it all, she did it with a smile! Well done! I will stay here again and again

The hotel was in a great location, great walking distance to many locations and near two subway stations. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright. No robes as shown in the photos and the toiletries were a shampoo/conditioner combo :(

Good location and clean. Staff’s friendly. Room is clean. Just three things that could be better:1. My refrigerator was broken and I asked for it to be fixed and it never was fixed. 2. Mattress was old and slopes to the right. Mattress should have double white sheets. 3. Maid entered room to clean even though the sign on my door said not to disturb.

Great property. But did not give it a 5 star because on our stay their system seemed to be down and they were unable to accept credit card for payment on their restaurant.
