Location is the best thing about this hotel. It is really old and our room was small. We arrived really late the first night and the clerk announced our room number fairly loudly when a man was sitting in the lobby. That made us feel uneasy. There were 4 women in our party.

Property is perfectly located but needs an update. Facilities are serviceable but very basic. My stay was during a very cold weekend, in the teens Fahrenheit, and the poorly insulated window air conditioner had a bad draft, and the small radiator couldn't keep up. Staff provided an extra blanket which helped but didn't really solve the problem. Doors and walls are thin leading to a lot of hallway noise coming through the door at late hours.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife and toddler over the Christmas break, 2024. Pros: -Amazing location -Extremely friendly staff -Comfortable mattress -Nice lounge area with couches, a tv, microwave and ice Cons: -No shelves/cabinets in washroom or room -No duvet on bed (3 bedsheets 2 fleece blankets) -Tiny pillows on bed -Occasional whistling noise from radiator -Noise travels easily between certain rooms with an adjoining locked door between them

From the minute we checked in we were greeted by the nicest front desk! The room was spacious! A little dated but charming! No bar or restaurant in the hotel but very close proximity to Times Square!! Would definitely stay again!!

This hotel is in a great location. Amenities are minimal but everything is within walking distance. The only negative we had was the room was SO cold (even with the furnace on) because there was a draft coming in from the window AC unit. We ended up buying a blanket from Five Below (right around the corner) to cover the blinds and keep the draft out. It was fine after that.

The hotel retained its original historic interior, beautiful details but would benefit from minor restoration. Modern and clean bathroom. Comforter in the room couod be of better quality. Location off 6th ave in minutes walk from MoMa, Radio City, Rockefeller ctr is the best.

Great Location, 1 block away from Times Square. Decor and facilities a little dated but not an issue still clean and usable. No kettle or coffee machine or fridge (however this was our error for assuming these are not listed on the hotels facilities). We stayed for 8 nights in December and had a great stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
