Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. More affordable than many of the nearby chain hotels. Tiny rooms and tiny elevator but to be expected in NYC. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Good size room. Relatively cheaper price than other hotels in area. Doorman/storage guy was super helpful. Room was clean, but walls were thin (can hear people outside the doors). Staff were overall pleasant. Times Square/Broadway shows are steps away. I would stay again.

Aura is a great property in an ideal location if looking to be close to Time Square with shopping and restaurants galore. The only true downfall to the property was the elevators - very slow and small . During check out time this morning, the housekeeping staff had one fully occupied, stopping @ each floor, to pick up dirty linens.

Room was clean and comfortable. Phone system didn’t work so to contact front desk you had to actually go to the desk. They weren’t too concerned with that problem. We couldn’t get the Heating and air to work properly. They sent someone up to fix and we were told we just had to turn it off. That’s how you fix it😳They weren’t concerned about that either.

Great property within distance of all the theaters and Time Square. Property could use some work, mostly some cosmetic issues. Be warned the elevators are tiny. Lots of places to eat nearby. Shopping also close in Times Square. Catch a showing a Maybe Happy Ending just across the street at the Belasco.
