Hotel Indigo offers a wonderful stay with its immaculate cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The location is a major plus, surrounded by numerous stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I absolutely love it!

I enjoyed having my birthday here. It was extremely relaxing and I loved my stay. I will stay here again.

After walking 15 min in the rain we arrived to check in. First impressions were that the hotel was clean and impressive! That was quickly met with a staff person who was rude and unfriendly, at one point telling my daughter to remove our umbrella from the counter. We were then advised of the extra $37 per day amenity fee! This was unexpected as this has happened to us before when booking with Expedia, so I am usually extra careful to check that there is no hidden costs when booking. Thus the overall checkin experience was not good!
