The staff was helpful and welcoming, I decided to stay and extra night and they made it very quick and convenient to book the extra night and stay in the same room. Location is near transportation, restaurants and stores, will definitely recommend.

We booked three nights at this hotel. The first night was fine. On the second morning, there was no hot water in the room. We were informed that they were having boiler problems and we would have to take a cold shower. On the third morning there was NO water in the room. Again, we were informed that they had to turn the water off so they could work on the boiler. Fortunately, we had a bottle of water so we could brush our teeth and put contact lenses in. We were told that the last night would be refunded but are still waiting for the refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We didn’t have any hot water for two days. Yet the price of the room was not modified. The staff during the day at the front desk was extremely rude and not accommodating. The gentleman at night was a doll but there wasn’t much he could do. It was a horrible experience to be in town for two days and unable to bathe!

2 elevators for the entire hotel, 10 minute average wait to go up or down

I didn't like the fact that you needed the card to turn the lights on the bathroom
