the property is great… we were basically only there to sleep and shower

Called for maintenance 3 times. 1 for broken toilet handle and was fixed quickly, but the maids had to know the handle was about to break and should have had replaced before I asked for it. The black out shade broke twice where the beaded rope came out of the grooves and would not work. Both time it happened at night so I had to sleep with lights glaring in the room. The shade is broken so just putting the rope back in line was not a fix. The second time I requested maintenanc it was Saturday late and no one fixed the shades. The back entrance has dirty stains and trash near smoking area. All else was good.
