It was under renovation and I was not informed of that when I booked the room. The room was not completed and it was dirty.

Dennis has the best motel in Manhattan. So big and beautiful!

The hotel was empty and being renovated and empty as well. Still we were placed in a room that was not renovated yet. Plus it was not as what was described on the website.

The property is clearly under renovation. I was booked into a room that was mid-renovation and was missing a few standard amenities. The room door would not close and lock but the staff and maintenance promptly fixed it.

I liked the pool area. It had a retro timeless look. They are remodeling a lot of the rooms right now. It was quiet and peaceful.
