Great location on the UWS. Staff is very friendly but the hotel rooms look their age.

Very hip and cool vibe as soon as you enter lobby. Great customer service. Rooms are a bit older and beds need to be replaced. It was quiet at night and location is perfect. Price is reasonable for the area, close to shopping and Central Park. Highly recommend and you must try the roof top bar. Very cool place to hang.

The hotel was ok. There was some things like the restroom door that was see through and had loose tiles. The air circulation was off and restroom and the room itself, would get hot. The staff was friendly and very friendly, polite.

Great location, felt safe. Bagel shop just around the corner and a Starbucks!!!! Average room for New York firm mattresses. Housekeeping everyday came back to a nice made bed and fresh towels

Not comfortable for short people. Closet railing too high. No grab bars in shower. Mico mirror too high.
No robes.
