It was a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and accomadating to our needs. We were able to check in early and they held onto our bags after check out while we explored the city. They are walking distance to the Rockfeller center, Bryant park, and the metro. Breakfast was the only weak spot as it took a little while and wasnt great but the hotel room itself was very clean, modern, and quiet.

Room was ok. Bathroom was hotel-made part of the toom without proper door like in most nyc hotels. Breakfast was terrible. We paid for it and never used it. There was one server who told us we need to wait 20 min to order. She was the only server and rude. I asked manager to write me a support letter that we didn't have breakfast and he never did it. I do not recommend this hotel. Overpriced too

Beautiful hotel in walking distance to Grand Central, Radio City Music Hall and Times Square.

Clean, well run hotel in a good location. Good staff. Lounge was nice. I did not get to use the gym, but it looked nice too. Room was a bit small, but it was clean. I would stay here again.

This hotel was great! Good use of space and great amenities. Justin (check in), Ajax (security) and Mr. O (facilities admin) were so helpful and kind! We will stay here again!!!
