The staff was incredible very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. But the hotel location is near college parties and you will hear music drinking and screaming until 2 AM. Don’t expect to get any sleep on a weekend.

This is a beautiful property and convenient and walkable to restaurants, shops, campus, and the City Park. However, the rooms that face Anderson Avenue could use additional soundproofing - loud cars woke me up all night. I’ve stayed at the Bluemont across the street for years without this problem. I was surprised by the noise level at the Courtyard.

I had a comfortable stay in a clean and quiet room. The receptionists were very friendly. The only downside of my stay was the overflowing trash found near the elevators and exterior of the building.
