Hotel itself was actually great. Room was large and clean. Safe and very walkable area. My only issue is there was some construction noise. It was mostly daytime so didn’t interfere with sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a clean and conveniently located hotel. However the issue of noise that the hotel excuses in the responses to reviews is persistent. Street noises can be okay because you would expect it to end at some point. There’s this other intermittent noise that sounds like a train passing over your head. Staff was rather cold upon arrival. Otherwise a strong 4/5.

While we cannot control external noise, it’s possible that a window wasn’t fully closed. New York City, particularly the vibrant NoMad District, can be lively at night. We are currently upgrading our windows to better reduce outside noise—work on the top two floors is already complete, and we’re making our way down.Regarding your feedback about the staff, we are truly shocked, as we pride ourselves on providing excellent service, as reflected in most reviews.
