Gentlemen at the door downstairs were exceptional but as a platinum Amex holder I came 20 min prior to heck in and get didn’t have any room available and waited 2 hours. No upgrade. Front desk was rude just because of me being 33 but looking younger. Stayed there several times but a bit more disrespectful;

Hotel was impeccably maintained. Staff was ultra helpful and friendly. Hotel location situated within walking distance of practically everything you'd want in NYC.
