This is the worst catfish hotel we have stayed in NYC. Overprized & deeply deceiving in pictures. The room is ultra small... smaller than a cruise room. No room service. The thermostat sounded like a trigger being pulled everytime it started... all night long. It was within walking distance to the Lucille Lortell Theater.

Great hotel but very tiny bedrooms facilities need updating staff very kind nice attitude good and hood location to soho and great shopping

The room was small but super comfortable. Great bed and tv. The staff was very warm and friendly, they went out of their way to be welcoming it was lovely
