Excellent for families with kids! 5 min drive to Olon, great Dinning options in the area.

Great property beach is sccessible not private, awesome views of surfers, wifi is slow and power goes out, easy 10 min walk on the beach to montanita main town, went with my family it was a great experience

Very nice staff, very friendly, place not to save for children, specially the balcony and the fance to the beach need to be repair, delicious buffet breakfast

Everything was fine except my bed i have bad back and bad neck , the pillows where terrible and the matress like a rock, for 135 per night i spect better bed and pillows in my room
Excellent costumer service i can’t complain,

It was close enough to the heart of the Montanita to walk but far enough to have quiet. It is perfect for families.

The layout was nice and spacious but the rooms were outdated and bed was hard.. food was awful..
