The place was unmaintained for a couple of years owner comes back and tries to spruce it up in 3 weeks but didn’t work.
I want a refund cause we stayed one night out of 4 and it was a terrible sleepless night, there were loose roofs clanging around. The place is worth $50 a night.

Whenever we get guests who are related to people living on the islands, they invariably move out and expect to get a refund. These guests we no exception. The relatives of the wife enticed the couple to move to them. After one night they moved out and had three complaints;1.There are no cooking facilities.This is a hotel, not a motel. We normally provide all meals. The guests never notified us their meal intentions, which meant we had to be prepared for the eventuality that they would require meals.2.The wife said the mattress gave her sensitive back pain.The mattress is a 900 perfect spring mattress. Nobody has ever complained about that before. 3.There was noise from a loose roofing iron making it hard to sleep.This was a valid complaint, but was fixed the next day. There was a severe storm raging all night so the situation was unusual to say the least. The surroundings had been ravaged by goats. but the bungalow was otherwise brought up to the same standard as before. The request for a refund is firmly rejected.Owner
