The property was not what we saw advertised. The room very disappointing not clean and very downgraded. Wouldn't recommend this property.

I’m sure I’ll get her wrong but on the day of check in she was a sweetheart with a bright smile and an big personality my partner and I really could not stop talking about how down to earth she was but professional at the same time. Asheka. She was really nice. I was not sure of the location when I got there as I grew up in Mandeville the same area but when the gates opened up and I realised how secured it was I felt good. My first impression of the property was ok nice and the room also nice.

Under renovation and will be amazing once completed. Stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was very comfortable and modern. Breakfasts were delicious. Good service.

Nothing much to do! No vibes on property! I liked that the rooms were cleaned daily and I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff’s were

Maybe not totally their fault but the water going out in the morning was a tough one because the shower pressure was not there and the toilet could not flush! Sorry.

It is a 3 star hotel so our expectations were not high. However, the costing was very high for the food and the room. Very little amenties in the room, as there was no hot water, the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable, there was an iron board without any iron, internet connection was poor and the cable options were limited. What was most embarrassing was when I was called at work to say that my husband had not checked out, only to find out that he had indeed checked out before the stipulated time. That for me was the final straw!! We will never return!! Will never return!!
