Friendly and accommodating staff, Excellent food for their breakfast buffet, Scenery at the pool bar was magnificent.

Good location and great amenities.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful if you have any queries. Great selection of restaurants on site.
Parkmall 2 minute walk.

I almost slip inside the room. There was a drippings of water from the ceiling.i called the hotel staff immediately.

We spent 2 nights at the Bai Hotel. The staff was terrific. It was a great value and good location.

Our stay of 3 nights was decent. My main gripe was the rooms were tiny, bathrooms too. The breakfast buffet was decent, albeit mostly cheap carbohydrates and very little protein. Our air con broke the last day and they recommended we change rooms but we were about to leave when we received the notice. The staff, however, were super friendly and super helpful. We also got massages at the spa and that was very good.
