Was given the wrong room key for one room key didn't work in the next room. No coffee or pot to make any. If you're looking for a place to stay really long and have pet's this is It.

The stay was decent for a cheap motel and in a convenient location. People played loud music in their vehicles all hours of the night. Our stay was three days. Not once did house keeping come to do a tidy-up. The floors weren’t swept, even after asking a direct house keeper on the second day. She said she would come back, never did. We had a double bed room, 4 people. They only supplied enough towels for two people. On the second day, house keeping took all of the dirty towels and never brought new ones. We called around 6pm to tell them we needed towels! No coffee maker, the trash wasn’t emptied daily. The hotel was decent but the customer service regarding cleanliness was poor! The front desk was polite. The website says there is breakfast, but the breakfast area is closed down as a storage room. I asked the desk clerk and she said it’s been closed since Covid. In my opinion, this should be removed from the website.

I called the front desk to ask what the Wi-Fi password was and the front desk associate told me that it was on my envelope to my room and it was not and when I told him that it wasn't he said yes it did you just have to look. The bathroom door did not close the shower head sprayed on the ceiling the door and had a giant hole down at the bottom left where bugs and rodents could just come right in. If I had the time to stand and argue with the person this morning about the condition of the room, I would have and I would have demanded my money back but the area didn't feel safe and I was just over the whole experience and wanted to get out of there, this was not worth the almost $80 that I spent for the night.

Property is unsanitary and obvious that folks live there or rent to use drugs :( Not a safe place to stay especially when traveling alone. I was worried about leaving my bag in the room , seemed easy to break in, or worse I wasn’t confident there weren't creepy crawlies. Smelled like smoke and urine, broken toilet, stains and graffiti carved into a door.
