Great airport location for early departure flights out of Manchester - I had to be at the airport by 4am and this was a good location choice being just a short walk to the terminal.
Everything about it was comfortable and easy. Lovely room, accommodating staff around food allergies at the restaurant and friendly, professional service.

I do not write reviews but in this case I have to. Booked 2 rooms for one night. Got there, check in was simple but not very welcoming, there's your key's, pay for the parking and see ya. Customer service training refresher courses for the staff would go a long way. The first room was good but my room, where do I start?!
At first glance clean but then noticed large deposits of limescale visible on the kettle and it was not a little amount! Inside it was worse. Feathers, yes I wrote feathers were on the glasses provided for drinks. They were also not very clean. In the bathroom the "plug" for the sink was lying on the counter but was supposed to be attached to the sink, instead there was a hole exposing the waste pipe! Rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable or so I thought once I had turned sides. It was broken and squeaking so much at the slightest movement that I didn't get ANY sleep. I had paid for late check out so after exiting the hotel and coming back keys to the room didn't work so had to go all the way back to reception to get them reactivated. Overall I was not happy as I paid quite a lot of money for superior rooms with Runway views.
The other room thankfully did not have these problems. Breakfast was very very nice and I cannot fault it or the staff there but sorry to say that most of the other staff I encountered rarely even smiled back at us.
Had the facilities been good and up to standard I would have stayed again in the future but sadly I will not.

Stayed here before and the rooms are always spotlessly clean. Super convenient location being able to walk to the terminal in just a few minutes.

Fabulous. Perfect central location for all terminals and train station. Rooms are a good size, immaculate and well equipped. Staff polite and helpful. Leisure complex worth a visit. Food brilliant but strongly recommend making a reservation for dinner service, wait times for walk-ins were considerable! Great room service menu, delivery and presentation.

I was disappointed with the hotel, it was really no different to their budget chain hotel. It cost £69 to park the car for one night! At check in we were told it would only cost us £19! We had already paid the £69 outside. The receptionist told us we should have read the notice outside. There was no notice, I double - checked in the morning to ensure I had not missed it. Photographs to prove this. The receptionist said there was no refund. There was nothing on their website about this ridiculous charge.
The evening meal was poor, reheated frozen food.
Breakfast was poor quality produce.
