Room was incredibly hot and stuffy. No wifi or proper signal.

So the location of city centre apartment was great. The apartment accommodation for your group of ten was great. The amount paid for accommodation for all your group for a Friday night stay was great. Could have opened a window if too hot. At least 3 that open in that apartment. No other guest have reported an issues with WIFI. If had contacted us directly on the number provide would have sent someone to check all WIFI details were correct and good signal. Next time if encounter any issues/concerns please contact ASAP. Best wishes

Dirty apartment, we only stayed due to being in a rush for an event. Couldn’t even shower as it was that bad if you can see the images. Very disgusting condition and considering it was over £300 for the night!

Saturday night stay. 12 guests One night booking. Had a party and left apartment in a mess.Very cheap for number of guests and location. We also get lots of positive reviews on all websites and are booked out every weekend. Goodbye.
