Rooms were really nice and new we enjoyed that but i was annoyed to find no towels in the room when I arrived and it wasnt just me another guest didnt have towels as well because he thought I was bringing him towel when he saw them in my hands ,no one checked the rooms to see if we needed toilet paper or new towels the next day so at midnight i had to go get a roll of toilet paper, towels needed to be thrown away they were really bad with huge stains on them

Hair dryer had something greasy on it and what was clearly pubic hair. No soft lighting so could see to get to bathroom at night. Loud music at night which seemed to be coming from next door? Towels did not smell clean and had stains.

No “welcome to our hotel”just a court “checking in” and here is your key. No towels in room upon arrival. When they arrived they were stained. Hair dryer non working. Noisy fans/heaters constantly. No upholstered chair in room but there was a small ottoman. On a good note beds were comfortable. Other than that way overpriced.

The hotel was under construction. Front desk staff was indifferent and not welcoming. The room was clean. There was an overpowering smell of marijuana in the building.
